• Active Directory Migration Tool
  The Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) provides an easy, secure, and fast way to either upgrade from Windows NT Server 4.0 to Windows Server Active Directory service or restructure Windows Server Active Directory domains between forests or within a forest. The tool migrates users, groups, and computers between domains in a way that allows users to have access to their resources and applications at all times.
   
• Active Directory Topology Diagrammer
  This tool reads an Active Directory configuration using ActiveX Data Objects (ADO), and then automatically generates a Visio diagram of your Active Directory and/or your Exchange 200x Server topology. The diagrams include domains, sites, servers, administrative groups, routing groups and connectors and can be changed manually in Visio if needed.
   
• ADModify.net

• AdRestore
  Windows Server 2003 introduces the ability to restore deleted ("tombstoned") objects. This simple command-line utility enumerates the deleted objects in a domain and gives you the option of restoring each one.
   
• Group Policy .ADM files
  Administrative Template files are used to populate user interface settings in the Group Policy Object Editor, enabling administrators to manage registry-based policy settings. Previously, customers could only obtain the most recent .adm files by obtaining the latest service pack or operating system. Now, these .adm files are available directly from this page.
   
• Group Policy Management Console (GPMC)
  The GPMC lets administrators manage Group Policy for multiple domains and sites within one or more forests. It includes new functionality such as backup, restore, import, copy, and reporting of GPOs. Works on Windows Server 2003 and Windows 2000.   This is the latest Administration Tools Pack (adminpak.msi) that includes server management tools that allow administrators to remotely manage computers running Windows 2000/2003 servers.
   
• AutoDeFrag for Windows 2000
  Unlike Windows XP, which includes a command-line defragger, Windows 2000 doesn't offer built-in support for scheduling defrag. Here's a freeware tool that let's you schedule defrag in Windows 2000.
  
 
• BgInfo
  The freeware utility automatically displays relevant information about a Windows computer on the desktop's background, such as the computer name, IP address, service pack version, and more. It works on 95 and higher, and NT 4.0 and higher.
   
• Bulk Admin Password Tool

• EventCombMT
  EventCombMT is a free download available from Microsoft as part of Account Lockout and Management Tools. All these tools run only on Win2000/2003 servers, except NLParse.exe which also runs on NT 4.0 Server. EventCombMT is a multi-threaded tool that will parse event logs from many servers at the same time. • GFI Network Server Monitor
  GFI provides a freeware version of GFI Network Server Monitor that automatically scans three servers for failures. Using it, administrators can fix and identify issues on these servers before users report them. The freeware version remains active after the evaluation period expires; to activate this freeware version, use the license key provided automatically by e-mail after the product is downloaded.
   
• Macintosh Emulators for Windows

• XPdite
  Use this free tool to quickly and easily replace the dangerous Windows XP file that facilitates malicious deletion of entire file directories.
   
• Windows Installer 3.1 Redistributable
  The Windows Installer is an application installation and configuration service. This particular package is the redistributable package for installing or upgrading Windows Installer.
   
• Windows Installer Cleanup Utility
  This GUI tool, named Msicuu, safely removes Windows Installer-related registry settings from computers in the event of a problem. This tool allows you to select one or more Windows Installer programs from a dialog box and remove registry items that are related to the Windows Installer for the program or programs selected.
